DIAL Great Yarmouth is a local, independent charity that provides free, confidential advice on welfare benefits, debt and money matters to anyone who needs it.
Whether you are struggling to understand a benefits letter, worried about debt, or simply not sure what financial support you might be entitled to, DIAL’s friendly and experienced advisers are here to help — with no charge and no judgement.
DIAL covers the borough of Great Yarmouth, and offers:
• Face-to-face appointments in Great Yarmouth town centre
• Saturday opening for those who cannot make weekday appointments
• Home visits for those unable to travel
• Outreach services in the local community
DIAL has recently been awarded the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) — the national accreditation for advice organisations — recognising the quality of the service provided to local people.
All advice is free, confidential, and independent.
