The village website was set up 15 years ago by Bill Richmond. Following his call in January’s Village Voice for a volunteer website administrator, I stepped forward to help out.
This website is here to support village life by sharing news, events and useful information, celebrating what makes the village special, and helping people stay connected with their community. It’s a resource for everyone who lives in, works in, or visits the village.
I’d like to thank Bill for all of his time and effort over the past 15 years and for sharing his wonderful photos that have helped capture village life. His work has provided such a strong foundation to build upon, and I’m sure everybody in the village is very grateful for everything Bill has contributed. Building on his hard work, a refreshed version of the website should be online by the time you read this, with the aim of keeping it useful, welcoming and up to date for everybody.
